1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SurpriseLoom, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use or access our service.

SurpriseLoom provides interactive greeting, celebration, and invitation web pages. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior individual notice.

2. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

Our platform is designed to bring joy, celebration, and genuine connection. When using SurpriseLoom to create customized links, you agree that you will not:

  • Generate links containing abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or explicit illegal content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity with malicious intent or attempt to deceive or defraud recipients.
  • Upload copyrighted photographs or digital assets for which you do not possess legal rights or permissions.
  • Attempt to inject malicious scripts, viruses, or disruptive code into our forms or token URL structures.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any abusive or unlawful use of our service is strictly prohibited and may result in the blocking of specific referral addresses or visual CDN assets.

3. User-Generated Content & Privacy Responsibility

SurpriseLoom operates as a client-side stateless application. The names, dates, custom notes, and image references you provide are encoded into URL parameters via standard Base64 tokens.

  • Sharing Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding and appropriately distributing the surprise links you generate.
  • Public Web Nature: Anyone who possesses the full URL containing your secret token can view the customized greeting page rendered by their browser.
  • Image Storage: Images uploaded through our service are hosted on public cloud CDN servers (ImgBB). Do not upload sensitive personal identification documents or financial records.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original code, interactive animations, layout designs, trademarks, graphics, and brand assets on SurpriseLoom are the intellectual property of SurpriseLoom and are protected under copyright and trademark conventions.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links & Advertising

SurpriseLoom may contain links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp for sharing, external image CDNs, or Google AdSense sponsored advertisements). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party platforms.

Your interactions with any third-party services accessed through SurpriseLoom are solely between you and the respective provider.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

SurpriseLoom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from server downtime.

In no event shall SurpriseLoom, its creators, or administrators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the service.
